The Farm & History
Seven Ponds Farm was built in the 18th century by George T. Lape, a lead engineer who helped construct the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City. He was a visionary who created a stunning farm with thousands of acres of uninterrupted views. Like our predecessors, we honor the land and the earth we farm. At Seven Ponds, you and your guests will enjoy food crafted with integrity, and your celebration will leave a gentle footprint on the planet you cherish.
