The Vendor Survey helps us coordinate with your vendors on the day of your wedding. The more we know about your vendors, and any specific arrangements or wishes you have with them, the smoother your wedding day will be!
Please make sure you have most of your vendors selected and their information handy, so you only have to complete the survey once. If you have changes after sending in the survey, you can email your wedding advisor.
Any section that doesn’t apply to you may be left blank. Please note that lodging and transportation information will be in a different survey.
